Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

A. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Sorry, we do not ship to P.O boxes.

Change of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Text via WhatsApp within 48 hours once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

If you haven’t received your order within 3 to 5 days of receiving your Shipment Confirmation Text, please contact us with your name and order number at customercare@joyous360.com or call / text +6010-9619 459, and we will look into it for you.

B. Self-collect

You can skip the shipping fees with free self-collection at JB Eko Botani. After placing your order and selecting self-collect at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days.

We will contact you through a call or text when your order is ready along with the instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-5pm (excluding lunch break 12-2pm) on Monday – Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

C. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to Singapore only.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

D. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days after the product shipment date, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@joyous360.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
